GoogleHad rang up on Saturday to book a viewing for Tuesday. To get a call on Monday to say the person that spoke to us on Saturday hadn't booked it in. (Not a great start) then to be booked in to today couldnt keep the viewing for Tuesday for then to just ring to say an application is taken.

Hello Tim. We are sorry you were unhappy with the closing inspection process. We have the final inspections carried out by an independent third party to ensure a completely unbiased report. When the opening inspection inventory details the property and carpets were professionally cleaned prior to you moving in, italso refers to the tenant's obligation to leave the property in the same level of cleanliness when they leave. We also refer to this in the correspondence we send out to our tenants preparing them for the final inspection as we understand there is a lot to do when moving home and these items can be missed. We hope your move has gone smoothly and that you will be very happy in your new home.

I am a tenant of 10 years through Howland Jones and would most definitely go through them for my next rental property if and when the time comes. The entire team was friendly, reliable and kept us updated throughout the entire move and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move house. We were updated every week with the situation and they actively kept all solicitors on track throughout the move. They were transparent letting us know of any issues or delays which meant we knew where we were throughout the move which reduced the stress of moving house massively.

GoogleDon't bother renting a property through them. Unless you have an unblemished credit history, you've got no chance. Then they'll keep you hanging on for weeks on end, never returning emails. Doesn't matter how much you earn either!
We're sorry to hear we were unable to assist you on this occasion. We are bound by the requirements of our clients and as such, cannot always help. When customers enquire about a property on Rightmove or Zoopla, they are automatically sent a short form to complete online to ensure we will contact them. If we don't receive the form, we wait for the customer to contact us. Perhaps this may explain any delay? We hope you are able to find what you are looking for very soon and wish you well for the future.
