We are disappointed to receive your 1 star review, particularly as we have no record of any dealings with you. It would seem we are one of a number of estate agents to receive a 1 star review from you. Perhaps you would be kind enough to contact us so we can understand what has brought about such a disappointing review score.

Thank you for your valued feedback. We hope you will really enjoy your new home.
