It is disappointing to read such a personal, unprofessional and unpleasant accusation in what should be an open and honest forum for business reviews.
We are not certain who has left this review, but suspect it to be from a disgruntled ex employee and tenant.
Sadly, if properties are not left in a clean and presentable condition and tenants are not prepared to resolve such issues themselves at the end of a tenancy, the deposit will be used in part or in full to have these works completed. Invoices for any works carried out are always obtained and copies can always be provided upon request.
As members of ARLA, we have complete financial traceability and comply fully with all membership guidelines. Tenants can therefore be 100% confident in the management and insurance of their deposits.
If the writer of this inappropriate and slanderous comment would like to make contact with us, we will be very happy to explain anything which may have been misunderstood.
It is interesting to read some of the many reviews this reviewer has made against other local businesses and to understand their overall theme.
