After having poor service from another letting agency I decided to try Howland Jones From.day 1 the service and approach was amazingly better and much more professional The advertising of the property was also of better quality thus securing a tenant quickly Another positive is I feel.valued and fully informed definitely the best decision I made

Stay clear at all costs .. these people take u for all they can .. I had 3 exelent reports just to find myself £276.00 out of pocket form my deposit even tho this flat at number 12 castle crofts needed all new carpets and curtains and blinds but was charged to clean 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I repit stay clear …

Hello Tim. We are sorry you were unhappy with the closing inspection process. We have the final inspections carried out by an independent third party to ensure a completely unbiased report. When the opening inspection inventory details the property and carpets were professionally cleaned prior to you moving in, italso refers to the tenant's obligation to leave the property in the same level of cleanliness when they leave. We also refer to this in the correspondence we send out to our tenants preparing them for the final inspection as we understand there is a lot to do when moving home and these items can be missed. We hope your move has gone smoothly and that you will be very happy in your new home.

Very friendly, helpful and professional letting agents. I am a tenant of 10 years through Howland Jones and would most definitely go through them for my next rental property if and when the time comes. Any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally and their communication is second to none. Would definitely recommend Howland Jones

Don't bother renting a property through them. Unless you have an unblemished credit history, you've got no chance. Then they'll keep you hanging on for weeks on end, never returning emails. Doesn't matter how much you earn either!

When customers enquire about a property on Rightmove or Zoopla, they are automatically sent a short form to complete online to ensure we will contact them. If we don't receive the form, we wait for the customer to contact us. Perhaps this may explain any delay?
