What can I say, real 5 star service. I would definitely recommend Elissia if your looking to sell your house. Elissia is professional, friendly and efficient, she kept us up to date throughout the whole process, she was very accommodating, easy to contact and even responded to me out of hours and on days off to help fix the issues I was having with the solicitors. RENTERS BEWARE. This is the worst estate agents I've ever dealt with (and I've dealt with a lot). If the 'director' doesn't like you, she will try to evict you. As the other 1* reviews have mentioned, they’re not just passive aggressive, Elissa’s conduct is outright aggressive. (Have you ever dealt with a ‘professional’ who corresponds solely in ALL CAPS?) They weaponise section 21 no-fault eviction notices if you make too many complaints to them (in our case we had issues with mould). Check your rights as you will have some! They will also try to take parts of your deposit with wrongful claims (for us it was a bogus alarm code change). Make sure you go through the TDS to get your full deposit back! We did not move out until we were ready and got our full deposit back, don’t let them win.

Excellent service from the whole team at Alan Cooke from the moment I contacted them to sell my apartment. They valued at the price I wanted and found a buyer during a tough period (another agent had valued it a lot lower)!
