I was very fortunate to find this place and Simon, who I understand run his kiosk for 20 years. He is an absolute gentleman and gave me a good price for my watch, when others had tried to haggle me down to silly figures. He drove a hard bargain, but gave me a price that I was happy with and was fair for the piece. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Simon and Regal Time to anyone looking to buy or sell a watch. He has a fantastic selection of well priced, luxury and often unusual time pieces. I have been searching for a Previously Owned Cartier Tank Americaine for some time and a very close acquaintance of mine put me in touch with Simon at Regal Time. I made contact with Simon who was immediately helpful and stated that he would be able to source a Tank Americaine. True to his word, two days later Simon had sourced a watch and I visited him to inspect the watch. Simon informed me that a new Cartier strap would be required and in addition a new glass face as both were in Simons opinion sub-standard. We agreed a fair price for the watch and a week later Simon had the watch completely refurbished with new strap, new glass face, total service and an immaculate finish. Tucked away in this fantastic central London antiques and jewellery emporium (which I never even knew existed) literally a minute from Bond St tube, I found the (brand new) watch I'd been searching for at a really good price. Really happy with the whole experience, have told everyone. So helpful, definitely worth a call re any prestige watch. Go and choose one in Selfridges and then pop across the road and buy it at Regal Time for considerably less.
