This isn’t simply a review of the purchase of a watch. This is a tribute to a thoroughly decent man. For the last couple of years I have been skirmishing with cancer. I had a watch collection that, though consisting of good watches, was all over the place. I approached Simon and it was the very best thing I could have done. I sold him a couple of watches and bought a couple from him. However, the above is almost coincidental. I will remain indebted to Simon for aiding me in providing a distraction from dark times with his humour and decency in our transactions. I recommend Regal Time wholeheartedly.

I’ve wasted a lot of money and time trying to get a specific watch I was looking for for a long time. After months of chasing and trying to contact I decided to buy through Chrono24 but every time I called or sent a message it was also either ignored or kicked down the road there. Even after I paid a big amount and had a courier service on stand by to pick it up, it was impossible to get the watch or schedule collection. Unfortunately I had to cancel the transaction (still waiting on refund) and lost money on bought plane tickets and courier. I told Simon he either sells so many watches that he doesn’t care or he just doesn’t care but this is not the way to do business. I wouldn’t suggest ordering anything online. The paid reviews fooled me too -____-‘

Great experience from start to finish. I enquired about a Rolex GMT late Wednesday evening and very swiftly had a reply from Simon. He couldn't have been easier to deal with. We agreed a very fair price and around 30 minutes later the deal was done. The watch was shipped to me the following day and I'm now wearing it as I type this review. Very happy with how Simon dealt with the whole purchase, he sticks to his word and has great communication.
