I’ve now used Harvey Brooks on 3 occasions, The first time they advertised a bungalow for me to rent out and found and vetted a tenant without any issues. This year they have valued 2 houses for me to sell and advertised them and found me a buyer straight away. Both transactions have gone through very smoothly and Harvey and his team did everything they could to make it an easy and straight forward sale on both occasions with excellent communication and constant updates. We have just completed our house sale through the estate agent Harvey Brooks. The whole process was professional and courteous, and we were always able to speak with an advisor at any time. I was advised to list my property for £15k less than another identical (but overlooked) property on the same cul de sac. The price my property was listed at was requested by myself (not the agent advised price) but still £5k less than identical property Harvey Brooks listed on my cul de sac. Property listing was lacking detail I asked for and the bedroom photo was taken by me as was initially left out of the brochure however the house only had 5 rooms in total so I therefore did not want the master bedroom missing out. Any updates I had to request from the agent. I had to request the memorandum of sale. I wrote to my seller in the end as the agent ignored my request to pass information on. Once the property sold I never heard from Harvey Brooks. Sale did complete. Service received - average.

As a property investor and landlord i have bought and sold many properties over the last 30 years and by far the best agent i have dealt with is Helen at Harvey Brooks. Her professionalism and understanding of the sale and purchase process is 2nd to none. She also understands what a seller or buyer may be thinking as the process inches forward so, often she pro actively chases solicitors, other agents/buyers/sellers in the chain to get a complete update before she passed an update onto myself. and no doubt she and her colleagues at HB are the only ones in a chain who have a complete picture of the chain and it's hold-ups/issues.
