GoogleStaff are very friendly and nice, more than happy to help. Their very good at listening to ‘complaining tenants’ and getting things solved. I phone up about a water leak and they got someone out he very same day! To have a look and fix the problem, even though the water was coming from a non-Pauline Scott Property.

GoogleI found Pauline Scott very easy to deal with. I rented a small property in Ipswich through them for 16 months without any issues whatsoever. A few appliances (the oven and the fridge) broke down but both were promptly replaced.

GoogleVery bad experience using this particular "property management" poor customer service, extremely terrible at handling situations. Was treated with no care or respect. Was just a means to money.

GoogleStopped using them for my rental property as they caused more problems than they solved! They rang my tenant to say she hadn't paid her rent & they weren't even the agent anymore! Some staff members are very rude!

GoogleI don’t know who can give a 5 star rating, but are the worst staff and agency that you can deal with! They came inside your flat, without let you know, like rats, if you need them, have a problem or something else, they don’t give a....... Why google ain’t got 0 star????

GoogleReally bad agency. Our boiler is doesn't work. And they have to give us service but they don't do nothing. house is cold winter already start our boiler is not working but they don't care . Don't choose them they're really bad.

GoogleI vacated a property from this agent recently due to no response. The kitchen was falling apart and ceiling leaks and lifts out of order. The Duncan Scott who comes to viewing never responds and very irresponsible. Please avoid this agent at any cost in Ipswich.
