Hello Catherine, we are all as disappointed as you are that your buyers’ buyer have lost their sale and in turn that has resulted in your sale falling through. Your buyer still wishes to proceed with their purchase once their property sells and In accordance with your wishes we will hold the property for your buyer in the hope that they re sell theirs quickly
