Since we merged with Devizes-based Martin Walker two years ago, the Marlborough area had been the missing link between our estate agent branches in Devizes, Newbury, and neighbouring offices in Didcot and Lambourn. So, we were delighted to open our fifth estate agent office in Marlborough's prestigious High Street in March 2019. Michael Simpson heads up the sales department and Laura Davenport looks after new business for the lettings department, both having worked from our Newbury office for several years. Senior Valuer Kate Ormond, Sales Consultant Deborah Harris and Viewings Consultant Jenny Thompson complete the Marlborough team. Our Marlborough estate agents office is proud to support the local rugby club and St Michael's Primary School in Aldbourne, and have helped with numerous charitable events since opening. GoogleIt’s not easy choosing an agent to sell your home, after all what sets one apart from another? House selling and moving can be stressful and an agent that can ease the stress of the process is worth every penny. Michael, Kate and Deborah were always entirely professional, yet also caring and thoughtful. At no time did I feel any lack of communication; updates on the sales process were regular, calls and emails had very prompt responses. That kind of prompt communication really makes a huge difference, while my agent kept me informed I know of friends selling houses who felt they were doing all the running. I always felt fully informed and up to date through the marketing period and after a sale had been agreed. Above all you feel you are in steady hands, reassuring when needed, with sound advice borne of experience when important decisions need to be made. GoogleI can thoroughly recommend the Jones Robinson team at the Marlborough office. From my first visit to the office where I met Michael Simpson, to the market appraisal he carried out at my home, I felt I was in safe hands. Michael was friendly, polite and extremely professional and offered plenty of help and useful advice. He made it clear that he was available at any time if I had further questions and was quick to respond to calls/emails. In the event we did not proceed with the sale but I would have no hesitation in recommending Jones Robinson to anyone else and would certainly use them myself in the future should the need arise.
