GoogleAll the staff at Hamptons Marlborough (sales and rentals) are polite, warm and engaging, and helpful. A good group of people.
Very efficient and personal in handling our search for a rented property up to the point of securing one. Then, when the system took over for legals, references etc, this paper process became a little impersonal and, not having rented for a very long time, we felt a little discomfort. An email, setting out exactly what would happen when, would have been helpful. It may be that, as Hamptons were only instructed to find a tenant and were not managing the property, there was a little gap in communication.
A minor issue - overall we had a very good experience and would recommend them.

GoogleWe have been renting a beautiful property through Hamptons Marlborough for nearly three years now and couldn't be happier. Apart from being up to date with all current legal requirements (annual gas/electricity reviews, safety & regulation etc) of renting, there is a 24/7 channel of support for all services or assistance that might be needed. We have a great relationship with our Hampton property manager - Karen - who helps mediate a balance between ourselves and our landlord, lends an ear to any complaints or suggestions and is always willing and ready to help. Couldn't recommend Hamptons higher - they're great!

GoogleJo and the team in Marlborough are excellent. Our sale was handled by Jo and Sarah, but the whole team really are impressive. No matter who answers the call, you give them your name and they immediately know who you are, what you are ringing about, and even more importantly they are already up to speed with progress. The whole team are dedicated, professional and very driven. We had a number of issues during our sale, all of which were overcome by Jo and the team. We have now exchanged, and due to complete very soon, all thanks to this great team.
We have moved home at least 18 times over the years, and I can state with authority that Jo and her team have dispelled the myth that
