FacebookThey acted extremely professionally, from our first contact going into their shop in Biggleswade and meeting Kim, Lorraine and Rachel their enthusiasm for what they do convinced us to put our house on the market with them. Their knowledge of price etc for the surrounding area to Biggleswade gave us confidence.
Subsequently the brochure produced with great photographs and words was first class. In only a matter of just over a week we had received several viewings and an offer that matched the asking price.
We would not hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

GoogleWe first came upon Kennedy and Foster when viewing a property they were selling. The lovely Lorraine asked us about our situation and we said we had already spoken to 4 local agents and were thinking to go ahead with one of them. We then had a call later that day offering to reduce their commission rate below the other offer we had received. We decided to welcome Lorraine and Kim round for a discussion and valuation.
We were impressed by their professionalism; experience in the local area; friendliness and honesty. They were very confident of getting our asking price or more something which some other agents hadn’t been so confident of. We felt in safe and trusted hands with Kim and Lorraine. They managed to secure a full asking price offer within 2 weeks of going on the market.
They were patient with us viewing a number of different properties on their portfolio and with their help managed to secure our purchase at the first viewing. We can’t rate Kim and Lorraine enough and wouldn’t hesitate to instruct them with a future sale or purchase.

GoogleI first put my house up for sale in June 2019 or there abouts and since that time it has been, at differing periods, up with four different estate agents with a max of two at one time until Kennedy and Foster were engaged. Kennedy and Foster have actually sold my property twice in a very short period of time. When I first engaged them my house was only on the market for about 2 weeks with them, when they unlike the other agents I had used got me an offer which I accepted. Unfortunately Covid then struck and the chain collapsed. My property went back on the market and within about one week of the restrictions being lifted for viewings they got me an offer again. GoogleBig thanks to the team at K&F they did a splendid job of selling my property. It went up for sale on a Wednesday and that same week on Friday it had SOLD.
The K&R team are very well established in the area and have many years of experience. This is clearly evident in the swiftness and execution of the property’s sale.
COVID guidelines were followed strictly. Selling during the pandemic was a big worry for us but the K&R team put our worries at ease.
While moving is painful and stressful, I can safely say when we decide to move again we’ll be contacting K&R as the first point of call.
