GoogleThe whole team at Kennedy and Foster Biggleswade have been amazing throughout the sale of our property. We were also lucky enough to buy our new house through them too! GoogleWe’re going through the process of buying our first home with Kennedy & Foster and so far they have been fab. We met Lorraine for our first viewing and she was just so lovely and informative and explained so many things to us. You could just tell she had our best interests in mind and wanted to help, she put us at ease massively being first time buyers. Kim and Georgia are both so friendly and welcoming too whenever we’ve spoken to them. The process so far has been great with them and I’d really recommend them 😊

Even though we didn't purchase a house with them, it was a great experience and it was brilliant to have ample time to look around. They kept us up to date before and after each viewing and negotiated a full asking price offer within a week. We have dealt with numerous estate agents over the years, but have never come across one as professional, personable and super efficient as Kennedy & Foster. Very highly recommended!

GoogleI am very disappointed with this estate agent since taking my property for over two months I had no feedback regarding the sale of my property, no feedback nor proactiveness with my property (shocking). The service is poor and very unprofessional as the staff seem to not know anything when calling for feedback etc. I have had a very bad experience with the business and I will not return in the future. Stay away from this estate agent as they lie and give a unreasonable sales price to gain your business and then never call for feedback nor care then they say you should reduce the price (if that’s the case then why did you value a price in the first place?), this estate agent is so bad.
