GoogleWe bought our first home through Kennedy & Foster, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From showing us around different properties to handing over the keys to our new home, the whole process was smooth. A special thank you to Rachel for her constant communication and support throughout the process, she kept us informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend Kennedy & Foster to anyone looking to buy their home.

GoogleMe and my wife had the best experience using Kennedy and Foster! Rachel came and met us for a valuation and what to expect from using Kennedy and foster. She was very knowledgable about the local area and took a great understanding to our property which we didn’t feel like we received this from other local agents we saw. From there, our house was sold within 1 1/2 weeks at our target price and the process was smooth throughout until we moved. Kennedy and Foster were great communicators and kept us well informed throughout the process. After having a bad experience with a previous agent this was very important to us. We can’t thank Rachel, Kim, Deanna, Lorraine and team enough and would not hesitate using them in the future!

GooglePurchased a property through Kennedy & Foster (and Lorraine). Lorraine was great - we were in regular contact, and she was reassuring when things got slightly wobbly and deadlines loomed! Without her efforts to give us all the extra time we needed (our own buyers missed their own deadline by 3 days) things may well have turned out differently, but we were able to exchange and completed within 2 days. We aren't planning on selling our new house any time soon, but when the time comes we will be using Kennedy and Foster.

That rang and emailed me every time they had a viewing they also rang me after each viewing to give feed back from potential buyers. GoogleI first bought a property from Kim 10 years ago before she started Kennedy and Foster and the experience was so good and we found Kim to be both honest and professional that when we sold that property 10 years later we instructed Kennedy and Foster to act on our behalf and they were simply amazing. After this my Elderly Mum was moving to Biggleswade and We purchased a retirement property through Kennedy and Foster for my Mum. We predominantly dealt with Lorraine on this and found her to be as fab as Kim. There were a few issues with the sale that they sorted out immediately and went as far as helping my Mum out even after the sale. Thank you so much Kim, Lorraine and Kennedy and Foster. GoogleKennedy and Foster and Kim in particular provided a brilliant service from start to finish. Kim quoted very competitively and showed great enthusiasm for our business and so it was an easy choice to go with Kennedy and Foster. The viewings were handled professionally during tricky times (straight after lockdown lifted) and Kim was communicative and proactive throughout. She chased down possible buyers and squeezed in lots of viewings within our first week. We then received an offer and within 10 days had sold our house. From then on Kim chased where necessary and always provided timely updates on the progress of our sale until completion date.
