GoogleI have recently sold my property through Sweetmove in Pocklington. The whole experience was absolutely seamless- correspondence was quick and professional and Emily was on hand for advice of any kind! Emily managed to sell my property very quickly and I felt as though I was in safe hands from the first to the last moment of the sale. I would recommend Sweetmove to anyone who is buying or selling a property.

GoogleThe Sweetmove team have been fantastic throughout the sale of our home. This was our first time seeling a property, and we felt a little daunted by the process. However Sweetmove, particularly Emily, made us feel at ease throughout and kept us updated most days during a particularly difficult time in the property market. The communication from Emily was fantastic, and she was available to listen and deal with our concerns whenever they arose. She acted in our best interests, and we couldn't have asked for anything more from her. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sweetmove to family and friends. They really are worth their weight in gold! GoogleSweetmove were amazing. They were really accommodating when I was viewing properties and lined a number of properties up in the area. They acted really quickly once I made an offer and went back and forth between me and the sellers to get an agreement. During the sales process, they were constantly in contact with both me, the sellers and our solicitors to move things on. I had problems with my solicitors and Sweetmove helped to work around this and complete the purchase. It easily would have taken an extra month to complete without Sweetmove’s support. Highly recommend.

GoogleIn my opinion, Sweetmove failed to look after the property as well as they should. The tenants had mounted televisions to walls, as well as other items, and glued on child locks, on for example the oven, none of which was allowed. Once I decided that I'd live in the property myself (I gave 6 months notice and due to the tenants request to move out before the end of the contact, allowed them to do so), thus no longer using Sweetmove, they weren't interested in whatever I said - all they cared about was the tenants and ensuring the rented another property through them. GoogleSophie at Redbrick north was the ideal sales agent and a pleasure to deal with. After experiencing an unexpectedly long and complicated sale, Sophie helped keep the chain together. She maintained constant communication, professionalism and chased the numerous parties involved to ensure the sale completed. I have no doubt without Sophie's help the chain would have collapsed. There may be cheaper alternatives, but when sales had unexpected glitches it is well worth it to have a great team on your side, who will help get your sale across the line.

GoogleFrom my first enquiry Emily explained everything thoroughly to us, including the costs and process. I wanted a quick sale, Emily arranged for someone to come and take pictures and put it online quickly. We sold our house within a matter of days. I have never sold a house before, Emily made it an easy process and made us feel at ease. When I communicated with other staff at Sweetmove they were always extremely helpful.
