GoogleIn moving from Cornwall to the East Midlands we felt we needed to find someone within an estate agents who was willing to go the extra mile. We e mailed several agents in our required area but only one came back to us immediately in a manner which was warm and friendly yet totally professional and knowledgeable. That was Tom at Connells in Market Harborough. He phoned us initially. His contact inspired confidence. He then e mailed us and we have subsequently met him. He is without doubt a valuable contact and we really appreciate his involvement and dedication to our search. Sincere thanks to Connells in general and particularly Tom.

GoogleIf I could give 10 stars, I would! We have been astounded at the level of service that Connells in Market Harborough has provided. My partner and I are in the process of purchasing our first home and could not have picked a better estate agent. Tom has been incredible, managing to answer any and all of our daft first-time buyer questions and keeping us up-to-date with every part of the sale process. We can not thank him more; he has been exceptional, and we honestly don't know where we'd be without him. Mellissa has gone above and beyond. She consistently manages to get all of our mortgage paperwork done the same day, is highly knowledgeable and always has her clients' best interests at heart. Above all else, she is a delight to work with and very approachable. One of our favourite things about Connells is that everything takes place in-house, from finding a mortgage to surveying the property and brokering the mortgage, life insurance, etc. All of this information is available online through an intuitive user portal, which we can access at any time, giving us peace of mind. We are always in the loop, never have to chase for information, and are consistently impressed with Connells' team's fast-paced and thorough work. We really cannot recommend them enough, and any future property sales/lettings will now only be through Connells. We couldn’t ask for more!

GoogleWe recently sold our home through Connells and also bought our new home through them at the same time. The approach from Connells was thoroughly professional and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent and we felt we were kept well informed at every stage. The marketing of our home was proactive and flexible in what proved quite a challenging market. Tom, the residential sales manager, worked extremely hard to keep both our transactions on track, liaising with all parties regularly and ensuring minor issues were resolved quickly. We are delighted to have been able to secure the home we really wanted and cannot thank Connells enough for making it happen.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of Connells of Market Harborough. Especially Jayne who was not only extremely professional but also went above and beyond to help me sell my home . Jayne has a very friendly warm approachable manner, which makes you feel very confident and puts any worries you may have at ease. When Jayne wasn’t available Antonio and his team were just as professional in helping and supporting me. GoogleOnce our property was on the market we got viewings in quickly and sold quickly. There were hurdles to overcome including sales that fell through however they were quick to get another buyer. Although the sale took some time through no fault of Connells, I was always confident and reassured that everyone involved, especially our assigned negotiator Laura, were consistently on top of it to push it past the finish linePositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI would highly recommend the team at Market Harborough. Antonio and his team are friendly, efficient and professional at all times. Very good at keeping in touch regarding viewings and feedback as well as the progression of the sale. Julie (mortgage consultant) was also AMAZING while sorting my mortgage for me. Again, very good at keeping in touch and always happy to explain things thoroughly. The entire team are welcoming and happy to help at all times.

GoogleWe have been so impressed how Lauren has gone above and beyond to help us with our house sale and purchase. She was extremely efficient in sorting out our mortgage, getting it agreed and processed in less than a week. She has rung us every couple of weeks to check on our progress and has always been productive in helping us get updates on our sale and sorting out any issues that may have cropped up. As our sale has been delayed for over a month we have felt disappointed by the lack of contact from the Branch Manager however Lauren's reassurance has been invaluable at a time of great stress. We are also very grateful that she contacted our mortgage lender on our behalf when our solicitors were unable to do so. Lauren's professionalism has made a difficult situation more bearable. Yell*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES*
Connells solicitors, Conveyancing Direct, should never be used, they have cost us thousands of pounds due to their severe lack of urgency and complete ineptitude. Please do yourself a favour and just google them and see hundreds of terrible reviews, we wish we had, rather than just taking the recommendation of the mortgage advisor. - This company are absolute amateurs, often taking weeks to reply to basic requests via email, almost never answering the phone, and never having the answers you need, often forgetting what was previously stated in calls/emails and never giving timescales for when he would complete critically time sensitive tasks. - These are a few of countless errors they made, if the review would be longer I would give many more examples.
