GoogleThis is a review of the Adams & Jones lettings side, though it is reflected throughout the company. Poor, very poor & definitely not professional. Forget everything these people claim to be. They will excel themselves at pettiness when it comes to the end. What a way to treat their loyal customers. Do not use.

Dear Mr Wright. Thank you for your review. I am sorry if you feel we have acted in any way unprofessionally. My understanding is that your comments are directly in response to our final inspection findings at the end of your tenancy. I have discussed the situation at length with our lettings manager and am satisfied that the small amount withheld from your tenancy deposit for extra cleaning was fair and you did have the opportunity to contest these findings via arbitration should you have required. However, if you would like to discuss the situation with me personally, out of the public forum. I will be very happy to do so.

GoogleValued the property significantly higher than others had suggested. Obtained an offer, even higher than their valuation, quite soon after the property was advertised. Kept me regularly informed as the sale process evolved. Sale completed within an acceptable timescale.

GoogleGood communication and we never felt pressured to buy quickly. The agent was fantastic and realistic over the properties we looked at. The office did agited us to sort out the paperwork even though we weren't the hold up (the sellers were the issue). Overall a good experience.

I found the whole experience brilliant from start to finish. Every member of staff I have dealt with have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their experience is evident, and most important of all respond quickly to any questions you may have.
