Thank you for your review Mr Wright though we feel your comments are unfair and are purely a reflection of your dissatisfaction with our lettings department following a dispute between you and our client for which we could only mediate.
Adams & Jones were dealing with two properties in the chain in which you were involved in so had no reason to not cooperate or bend the truth, quite the opposite. You stipulated a completion date that was going to be difficult to achieve given the progress of mortgage applications and conveyancing stages throughout the chain. Nethertheless Adams & Jones and our clients all bent over backwards to ensure that the completion date you had insisted upon was met. We also offered to speak to you directly on a number of occasions and it is our understanding from your agent that you declined this offer. It is our feeling, and we’re confident that of our clients, that our communication with your agent was thorough and that without our efforts the completion date deadline you imposed would not have been achieved.
We’re sorry that you’re unhappy with the dispute resolution process following your tenancy with us, of which we have commented on separately, but we are not willing to accept fault for any delays with your purchase.

GoogleWe sold our house through Adam and Jones and we couldn’t have asked for more! Getting the house listed was quick, effortless and straightforward with all our questions answered by experienced staff (Aaron) who knew exactly the information we needed. They were also really reasonably priced in comparison with other estate agents.
Once we had an offer accepted, they kept us updated regularly and advised us where necessary. Nothing was ever too much trouble, with Becki emailing or ringing us within short time frames to ensure our minds were at ease and things moved forwards. Janet the sales advisor (who unfortunately retired during our move) was also an incredible part of the team who gave us regular updates on the lower end of the chain and worked above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly for us.
I have recommended Adams and Jones to friends of ours already as we were so happy with the level of professionalism, kindness and support they gave us during our move which made things much easier. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future if we decided to move house again! A huge thank you to you all!
