I recently bought and sold a house through these estate agents. From the beginning to the end of the process the I received outstanding service. Matt came out to discuss the sale. He had done a lot of background work in to the area and previous sales to get a realistic price. This is not one of those agents that recommend an overpriced sale to get the business and then tell you to drop the price a few weeks into the contract. He gave excellent and honest advice on how to prepare the house for the sale. All of the staff work as a great team and enquiries are dealt with efficiently and promptly. Always on the same day. In my experience when a house is sold many agents take a less than active approach. Abby was brilliant. We were in a chain of 5. We had weekly updates about what was happening with every party in the chain. Her dedicated approach to keeping everything and everyone on track buyers, sellers, solicitors etc was brilliant. The sale process i believe was quicker as a result. If I were to sell or buy a house in the future I would certainly use these agents. I have bought and sold several homes over the years and these are the best agents I have used by far

He was warm, approachable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was honest, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, giving us confidence that we were making informed decisions rather than simply being told what we wanted to hear. We trusted his advice from day one, and that honesty and integrity really stood out. Once our property was on the market, Abby and Zoe looked after us brilliantly. I've given 5 stars, as I am struggling to think of a thing that would have improved the service I received. From the first meeting with Paul and establishing the asking price, to being constantly being updated, even when the update was "still chasing the buyer's solicitor" it was handled superbly. Any seller is going to have anxious moments but the team fielded my questions admirably. So thank you Becki, Poppy, Shelley and Zoe. I can't single out any member as they are all stars. The sale of my property wasn't immediately straight forward with one purchaser dropping out and second nearly dropping out at the last minute. The team at Adams and Jones, however, made what would have otherwise been a very stressful situation much easy by always keeping me up to date, keeping lines of communication open between myself and the purchaser and the respective solicitors, and always talking through the options at the various stages of the sale. Whatever problems were thrown their way, they were always in control - I never doubted their abilities to see the sale through to completion.

The customer service shown by both teams in the Market Harborough office and the Lutterworth office is extremely poor. Staff failed to get into contact, chase up when needed and often over the phone spoke in a manner that was very condescending and plain rude. Having dealt with other letting agents in the past I am aware of how the process should be - this team failed to provide good service and communication. I do not recommend opting to utilise them - look elsewhere for better service and experience!

I was really impressed with Adams & Jones from the first phone call and viewing. Communication was fantastic from beginning to end and every development was advised. I felt like I was speaking to a friend rather than an acquaintance and Becki was so efficient and professional. She knew the date I wanted to move my Mum into her bungalow and kept the pressure on everyone to who could make this happen. Over the last 2 years I have dealt with Zoe, Becki and Shelley. All have gone above and beyond in every aspect. The whole process was very stressful our end with incompetent solicitors and complex financial input. It made for very difficult times but was dealt with incredibly professionally by all. The whole team looked after us during a very stressful move, which seemed to be never ending, eventually a summer move ended being a winter move. The team and especially Shelley managed to break down the lack of communication from our buyers solicitors and eventually resolve all the obstacles they put in front of us.
