Adams and Jones Market Harborough reviews

Our encounter and journey with Adams and Jones started last summer when we were looking for a house. The process came with ups and downs but the team at Adams and Jones were nothing short of fabulous. From Aaron to Zoe and Becki we were met with professionalism and patience (sorry for the numerous emails 😊) at every step of the way and beyond. Our enquiries were met with thoughtfulness and grace, we never felt like a burden wherever we needed answers. Not only we are recommending the agency to anyone that decided to buy or sell a property but we are certain to be using their service in the future. Many thanks, team A&J. Mina and Joe

This was the second time we had used Adams & Jones to sell a property - recommendation enough I think?! The team were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. It felt like they really worked on our behalf throughout the sales. The photos were brilliant and much better than the photoshopped ones other agents use. Response to phone calls and emails was always same day. No hesitation in recommending them.

I chose Adams & Jones because of previous reviews. I had to sell my mother’s house but living 150 miles away meant I couldn’t be there for viewings, house clearance, exchange of contracts or key handover. They were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they worked to my timescale. Matt in Market Harborough handled the initial dealings with me, then Janet took over the day to day care of keeping me informed. Everything was done in a timely manner, and it wasn’t straight forward. Fortunately I didn’t have to deal with a chain but, for those who have dealt with Probate, inevitably delays occurred. Well done, team, your personal care was very much appreciated.

As unexpected first time landlords, the staff at Adam and Jones were wonderful, very supportive, professional and thorough guiding us through the entire letting process. There was always someone on hand to answer what at times were stupid questions and help us find the perfect tenants.

My wife and have recently bought a house in Market Harborough, and have been supported throughout the process in an outstanding way by Adams and Jones. Aaron met us at the property and was extremely helpful during the first visit. From the acceptance of our offer to completion we were supported by Becki. She went to great lengths to keep us up to date; to ensure that the chain remained intact; and that completion was as soon as was possible. Thank you to all at Adams & Jones. We recommend them unreservedly.

We have used many estate agents over the years and thought we had seen the best and the worst but we left the best until last!We put our house on the market at a bad time for the housing market and we had a few ups and downs - three offers falling through. No fault of Adams and Jones but they were all incredibly supportive and helpful (especially Matt) and really kept us going and work so hard for usWe honestly felt they were rooting for us and were as pleased as we were when we exchanged contracts last weekAnd all with a smile! We can't thank you enough Ian @ Diane

We bought our house through Adams and Jones. It was a long process due to the down chain but Becki was a star at pushing it through. Definitely recommend!

Great experience with Adam & Jones. Always on hand to answer any questions and help with any queries. Have checked in with us since moving in to ensure all is ok and any issues they have resolved extremely quickly. Any time we have needed to speak to someone during the process there has always been someone to answer the phone which isn’t always the case elsewhere.

Outstanding and highly professional service. I listed my house for sale and sold it immediately after a same day viewing. Araon and Zoe were totally efficient in their advice and administration. I would recommend Adams & Jones for sales in Market Harborough, they clearly have a very complete view of the market at any one time.

Adams & Jones were a fantastic estate agent - all members of the team we spoke to were friendly and helpful. We had regular updates throughout the process and when problems arose they jumped on the case and I felt reassured they had a handle on the situation. Have recommended to friends and would definitely use them again (although we won't be moving again for a long time!!) :D

I cannot speak highly enough of all at Adams & Jones. I purchased a property through them and have been impressed with them from the first moment. Becki and Janet especially have been a constant reliable and thoroughly professional source of information, support and assistance even though I'm not paying them a penny! They made the stressful experience so much easier for me and cannot reccomend them highly enough. you are in very safe hands with Adams & Jones!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. They were always honest about the properties they were showing us. Always kept us in the loop, and despite losing a member of their staff in the middle of the purchase, the transition from one to another was seamless. Communication was always on point and always anticipating the next steps. Would recommend them 100%. Next time when we sell, we're definitely using them.

Jenny and the team went over and above the call of duty to help me manage an investment property that required expert input. They were fantastic to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and well connected.
