Beware Landlords. I think they have got to big to care for landlords, I even had 1 tenant damage my property, then they gave the deposit back and rehomed them in one of their other properties, good luck to that landlord now...communication gets missed, no one responds, they don't care as long as they get the money. Tenants calling me as they have not got back to them. contractors they use also be very careful, some are terrible. im now moving my properties away from them. still haven't rectified the damage there last tenant left. they just ignore you. still asking for my door to be replaced and totally ignored, DO NOT USE THESE Another update, since the new management have taken over , all the the little issues that should have been fixed were not even started, also 1 of the jobs the contractor stuck a towel over a hole instead of fixing it. I have more to update soon

Lettings Agents - not usually my favourite people after years of renting! However - the Lettings team at Oakwood Homes are not the usual lettings agents. The team are friendly and approachable, very experienced and ultra efficient and professional. Everything ran smoothly from the first viewing to completion of the application , we were kept informed throughout the process and treated like individuals. Really excellent service from a friendly local company. Highly recommend.
