GoogleI had a mixed experience which makes it difficult to write a clear review, at the start of my journey communication was sometimes frustrating, having asked 3 times for an update to the listing, for example. Then almost on the day I was ending my contract with them, a buyer was found and Louise (who was outstanding) was allocated as my sales progressor.

GoogleI think the agents themselves are great, friendly, hardworking. However the process which I would assume top management has created is not good. Livestream viewings of properties happen during working hours, or just before 5pm on a Saturday so I couldn't call after that particular viewing due to the office closing and then being full on at work come Monday. Luckily my mum was able to call and offer on a property for me, but if she was not available it would have been a real problem. I think this could be an unfair issue for many working tenants, and perhaps this current process needs to be reconsidered. Can there not simply be an online application that tenants fill in and then the agency gets back to them if the landlord wants to accept them?? I don't have time to be taking out half an hour at a time several times a week at the moment *during the working day* for livestreams and multiple phone calls. Like I've said, this is not a reflection on the staff themselves as they have been fab.

GoogleWhether was having emails completely ignored, or being told I'd get a call back, but never would. The customer service was horrible. Then they stole a deposit from me. Worst experience with a lettings agency I've had.

GoogleHave been emailing Cliftonville office, calling head office, Cliftonville office and ramsgate office but no response, no phones answered, so if you own a ground floor flat in Goodwin Court you may have lost a tenant which is a shame as I really want to live there

FacebookI’ve really appreciated the friendly and efficient service offered by Oakwood as a landlord. I felt there was a bit of a dip whilst Kate was away but they are back on form now! Quick responses to emails and finding me a new tenant pretty fast despite a last minute let down. Thanks to Amy in particular for finalising everything, to Kate and to Harry for sorting out maintenance quotes etc.

GoogleI received such a lovely experience with Oakwood homes. Very polite, helpful and really made me feel at ease through accepting my new home and doing all the paperwork. Especially at these most difficult and stressful times due to the pandemic. I would highly recommend this company to absolutely anyone possible, as they were not rude, they were polite and I often had a laugh with them too. Very professional, and understanding. I had Alexander Baker and he has been a miracle worker for me as I stupidly turned down a property I got accepted for having changed my mind he was able to really get in there and change it all for me. And for that me and my son will be forever grateful as we now have our forever home and can start our new chapter of our life’s.
