All the sales team members I came into contact with, be it by phone or in person, were responsive and professional. A shout-out has to go to the progressor, Emily Stickler, who kept me regularly informed every step of the way during a lengthy & at times, a frustrating, conveyancing process.

Jade, solicitors side of my house sale and whom I was in contact with regularly was incredibly patient, helpful, continuously tried to help me with progression of my needs as I was particularly not good with digital, online communication, but she did anything she could to help me. Miles and Barr, estate agents in Dover, who together with solicitors were just absolutely amazing. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, kindness and from start meeting Ashley, who was incredible, truly understood my predicament, offered help from himself and his amazing team at Miles and Barr, introduced me to Flori, whom also went beyond her job to help me, truly genuine in all her actions, in more ways than I can describe. I met Emmanuel, again, genuine, thoughtful, professional and always ready to help, and everyone i spoke to on tbe phone, met in the office, I don't want to leave anyone out, as each and every one were amazing, I'm so glad I found Miles and Barr and I can only speak highly of them. A fantastic property manager

Miles and Barr managed the property we let for 14 years. We had numerous property managers in that time and it has only been in the last 6 months since Rachel Hodson took over we have been totally happy. Rachel was an excellent communicator, keeping us up to date, answering questions in a timely manner and finding out if she didn't know. If she had been our property manager for the whole time,j I would have given 5 stars.

The staff are very helpful

The branch staff are very helpful, polite and friendly and have had a positive experience with them during viewings and when I came into branch to ask questions. Denise who has been dealing with our move has been very good at answering all our questions and we had a lot as first time buyers.She is also really cheerful and down to earth, so has made the whole process feel less intimidating! The process was broken into manageable steps so would recommend for first time buyers to go with M&B Canterbury as they have made it less overwhelming for us. It helps they worked alongside our solicitors, PLS, who they got in touch with us. I believe this made the process more smooth and less stressful.
