Phil was professional and thorough but also made us feel very relaxed while showing us a property and allowing us time to see it and feel it and imagine ourselves living there. He pointed out positives about the property that we didn't immediatelly notice and also potential and developmental posibilities. The viewing felt very unhurried and friendly and all our questions were answered. We put an offer on the property a couple of days later and have since reached an agreement with the vendor! Another successful experience with Miles and Barr, I've sold with them 4 times in the last few years across 4 different offices. This time my experience was with Broadstairs office and they were great too. The process is seamless from the start, from listing to onboarding, getting the property live and then the first viewer made an offer which Charlotte and Dan dealt with and kept me updated and then Nadine took over the sale once agreed, and throughout the rollercoaster that is the conveyancing process, she was brilliant, chasing solicitors and constantly updating me and my buyer. They go above and beyond other agents I've dealt with in the buying process who you don't hear from once an offer has been agreed. Thank you Nadine and the team! My interactions with Michelle Purse, in particular, who is always courteous and extremely thorough and Gillian were both productive and professional in their manner. I do feel the Directors should consider much lower fees when renewing Rental Agreements for a new Tenant, where a Landlord has already been paying monthly Management Fees without having to be asked or negotiated down. Disappointing.

Wanted to thank everyone at Miles and Barr, Birchington branch, with special shout outs to Matt and Debbie. Matt was excellent with Mum when she first thought of selling, and then changed her mind.He kept in touch with her and made such a good impression she was adamant that as and when she sold she would use M+B. Unfortunately that was sooner than we thought. Debbie has been exceptionally helpful throughout the sale process, which wasnt straight forward, keeping us up to date with what was happening etc, right through to completion. The rest of the staff were also always very helpful and kept in touch with viewing feedback etc. They have all made a difficult peroid a little easier. Thank you
