I bought a lovely flat recently through Miles & Barr, I was actually dreading the process as it as it can be long, boring and very frustrating. I was pleasantly surprised how painless and quick it it all was. They also introduced to really good solicitors which really helped and a member of their team (Louise Daly) was always on hand with any questions or worries I had. I can most definitely recommend Miles and Barr.

I have recently brought a property through Miles and Barr and overall my experience with them was brilliant. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was due to a lack of communication at the very beginning. Once the progressor Louise took over our sale, I really had nothing to complain about. People know how stressful buying a house can be but with Louise only a phone call away the stress was eased. She communicated with me regularly and no question was a silly question. I really appreciate all her help and advice she provided us with.

We unfortunately didn’t use Miles and Barr to sell our home, but had the pleasure of purchasing our next home through them.Throughout our experience of moving home, they demonstrated how the process should be handled, unlike our agents selling our home.In our opinion they went above and beyond. With a team, very well led by Hollie-Anna, we received weekly phone calls, giving us regular updates on what we needed to do and what we were waiting on from other parties involved.They were always on the other end of the phone, willing to speak and explain various processes and always more than willing to assist in anyway they could.

We approached Miles & Barr about a beautiful house that my boyfriend and I were hoping to rent. It ticked every single one of our boxes - but there was a lot of interest! We were in touch with Holly Hill at the estate agents throughout the process who ensured we had every opportunity to view the property, meet the landlady and kept us reassured throughout until our acceptance. GoogleWhen we were selling our Margate home we met with four local estate agents and I knew instantly M&B were the company for us. I truly felt like they believed in our home (which was beautiful and historical, but also unusual) and they believed in the area. They do charge a little more as a fee, however, they make that fee back by getting you the best sale price for your home. In terms of the sale, it went through seamlessly and they were supportive every step of the way. We worked with the 'Exclusive' arm of the company, with Sarah, Joe and Katie, who were all a pleasure to deal with. I've verbally recommended them to neighbours who are considering selling so I thought I should do a google review too!
