GoogleI have used Pococks for purchasing and letting. I found them to be very professional and most helpful, all matters were dealt with quickly. It’s also good that they are a family run business and you get to deal with the same person each time. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe have rented through pococks and found them to be very responsive to any issues we encountered. We found their fees to be reasonable and we really love the family run business side knowing you're not dealing with a different person each time you need to speak to someone. Communication has generally been very good and we would and hope to deal with them again when we buy. I would highly recommend.

GoogleBy far the best agent I have ever rented a property through. They have a very personal touch to the way they deal with people whilst still maintaining absolute professionalism. Maintenance and repairs are dealt with quickly by very good tradesmen after just one phone call and I have never had reason to chase.
