GoogleWe have been renting through Pococks for a couple of years. The whole team at Pococks are so friendly & they are quick to respond to any problems. Recently brought a house through them as well where the whole process they have kept us informed. Very good estate agents & will definitely use them again & would recommend to anyone. Thankyou!

GoogleAlthough we weren't using Pococks to sell our house we were purchasing through them and they were really helpful and friendly. Fast to respond and I feel like they went above and beyond to keep us up to date and very informed. Tom was amazing! We will definitely consider using their services again if we sale in the future!

The team helped us through the process impeccably Katy & Tom often went out of their way to find out the smallest of detail for us 👍🏻 My two sons love their mate Tom, if they ever we pass the shop they like to wave and have a chat 🥰. I couldn’t recommend Pococks enough. Without doubt If we sell or buy , they will be our first port of call 🙏🏻🙏🏻

GoogleWe are coming into our 6th year renting with pococks Tom and Kate and team have been fantastic, any problems you have they get it sorted out pretty quick and they have been great over the years we have been them, highly recommended and would continue for renting then eventually to buy a house.

GoogleThe team at Pococks are wonderful! They have been informative, efficient and kind throughout the whole tenancy process. Having never rented through an agent, I was very nervous with having to deal with greedy, uninterested estate agents, but I couldn't be more mistaken! They have gone the extra mile for us and have been a really important part in my husband and I setting up our first home together. Highly recommended.

GoogleBest estate agent I have ever dealt with. The difference between the great people at Pococks and other estate agents is the fact that they actually care. Throughout the tenancy period, they were always there to help and were always pleasant to deal with. I would pop in just for a chat as they are so approachable and great to converse with. GoogleI couldn’t recommend this team enough. We will forever have a soft soft for Pococks. Tom sold our first home to us and recently we used Pococks to both sell and purchase our current home. Their knowledge and kindness through the whole process, which was elongated due to covid was second to none. They were a god send when it came to our purchase, Katy’s input and support was invaluable when it all felt very stressful!!! Every time you needed to call them they were super helpful, and always good for a giggle! We really appreciate everything they did for us, I don’t think we would find another estate agent as knowledgeable, kind and efficient. We can’t thank them enough.

GoogleWonderful service from local experts. Tom and Claire have been brilliant from the time they helped us secure the rental to now when we are having to move elsewhere. The landlord obviously uses them as maintenance agents and I’m glad he does. They are super fast and professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble and every transaction (email, phone call, in person) is friendly and efficient. I’ve been a landlord in the past and I wish I’d had a Pococks! Strongly recommend.

GooglePococks sold our property for us; we were part of a long and complicated chain which meant lots of extra work for Tom. Nothing was too much trouble and he made every effort to progress our sale as quickly as possible. The general atmosphere in the office is also very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI found every single member of the team at Pococks not only very knowledgeable but also extremely helpful Just wish I’d utilised them an awful lot sooner instead of the previous Estate Agent I used, who sold me the promise of a good service but failed miserably to deliver on all counts. The team at Pococks are very friendly, twined with a fabulous GSOH but are professional as well as on point at the same time. Most importantly though, they do actually deliver what they say they will which is not only refreshing but realistically how you would expect a business who truly values their own level of Customer Service to be. Disappointingly, this seems to be extremely rare these days and by personal choice, I like to back and support independent businesses where possible anyway. They have been so... supportive as regards to my own circumstances and nothing you appear to ask of them is any trouble at all. Having worked myself in the Customer Service Industry for many many years, these guys are certainly on a similar level and have definitely got their own business acumen just right. In summary, you’d truthfully find it a real challenge to discover a better Estate Agent than Pococks to buy, sell or rent any property. I can assure you I’m a totally genuine and local client of theirs, who’s finally managed to achieve the sale of their 1 bedroom flat in Marchwood. GoogleExcellent and very efficient services. From first viewing Tom has handle our queries really fast. If we have any concern they always reply back straight away and got a solution. Attention to detail, on our first day when moving we got a welcome hamper with all the essentials to make our first day easier, so very nice touch! And also mention to Claire and Katy who are very professional.

We just moved into a property and felt nervous about it as its our first time having to deal with uninterested agents but we couldnt be more mistaken as they were so helpful, kind and efficient throughout the whole process.They have gone an extra mile for us and its really important for me and my husband as this is our first home together and what was so special about it was the arrival of our little one.
