Fantastic

This is actually my sellers estate agent not mine we first viewed the house we are buying with jack who is a lovely lad. We have not moved yet but have also spoke to vanessa who again was fantastic and have been corresponding mainly with rebecca who without fail has kept us up to date on a weekly basis and quite frankly has gone above and beyond with extra viewings and querys we had she is an absolute credit to martin and co i can not reccomend this outstanding team enough and should i ever move again this is the estate agent for us keep up the good work guys 5 stars is simply not enough

I could have gone for a cheap online estate agent but going with Martin's was well worth the extra money for a personal and professional service. All the staff I dealt with where very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Have just left a rental property managed by Martin & Co Mansfield for the last 5 years.Sarah E has been our contact at the office for the whole time (I think) and she has been exceptional at every point of contact.I feel that Martin & Co don't just try to keep landlords happy, they're also eager to keep tenants happy - and we were - still are, and we don't even live there anymore! Reported issues were dealt with quickly and they also managed our request to the landlords exceptionally well. No request was unreasonably denied, and I think part of this comes from the relationship Sarah builds between the landlords and tenants.Thanks so much for being a great estate agent & property manager.
