GoogleHad a house listed with them a while back to be rented. I kept asking them to go round and check the property to ensure it was all fine. They never did and I was living abroad at the time so couldn’t do anything myself. Didn’t do their routine checks when we had tenants or anything and it turned out my house had been turned into a cannabis factory. Great job Martin and Co, safe to say I have and never will recommend you to another human being. I hope you’ve improved since then but who knows. Just want to make my story known as it still makes me angry that you were so careless and useless! 👍🏻

FacebookHonestly I couldn’t rate everyone at the Mansfield branch enough. My mum has recently just sold her house regrettably not through Martin & Co, but the house she brought was being sold by them, and they were absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process.
A lot of issues popped up, and there were delays (with solicitors not doing bits or being quick enough etc), and everyone at Martin & Co were 100% on the ball, chasing them up, giving my mum updates as well as their client. We didn’t hear from our estate agents once after an offer had been made, looking back we should have gone with Martin & Co to sell our house, but we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the future, and we just wish there was a high star rating than 5!

A house I was buying through Martin and co was down valued by £30,000 which is a big difference. I also lost over £500 on solicitors fees. £30,000 is a big difference to get wrong. I na now out of pocket. How can this happen!! Be careful with over valuations by these guys. When I confronted them they blamed it on their customer.
