I have received an excellent service from Martin and Co. From my initial meeting with Vanessa, who was friendly and professional , giving me great advice and information as a new managed landlord
Julie has been very responsive keeping me updated throughout the process of finding a tenant to them moving in.
I would highly recommend Martin and Co to anyone who is considering renting their property.

Martin and Co provided me with Letting, Property management and a Sales Service over a number of years. The service was always first class, everything was dealt with promptly and effectively, good advice given whenever needed, always keeping me informed of progress. All the team at Martin and Co were never anything short of brilliant. I would strongly recommend using Martin and Co for both Lettings and Sales.
