Martin and Co, Mansfield.
We contacted the company in 2017 when we were moving back to UK from Europe and needed a rental property urgently. They completed all the admin and references within 2 days, and allowed us to view a lovely old 4 bedroom windmill property. We moved in within a week or so, and all the arrangements were smoothed out by the agent. Keys were available on time, the property was prepared nicely for moving in and the inventory was thorough, backed up by photographs. The agent supplied help and arranged a few minor repairs while we were renting. We moved out after a year and got deposit returned in full. We felt the contracts and arrangements were all fairly administered and if I wanted to rent out my home, I would use this agent. Have since bought in the area. Would totally recommend this agent to prospective tenants or landlords.

GoogleWe brought a house for £240,000 for it to be down valued by £30,000 they could not provide comparibles in the area and the seller would not come down on price, although this is not Martin and co decision they did admit its not worth 240,000, but the buyer pretty much valued it himself. I'm dissapointed I lost over £500 in solicitors fees and it got this far. This will happen again and again with this property and its still being advertised at the 240,000 be carefulNegativeValue
