I recently (31/03/16) completed on a property as a buy to let sold through Bairstow Eves. Having agreed a sale with the vendors last November they struggled to find a suitable property to move into. With an April deadline to meet for buy to let purchases I was keen to complete before then to avoid having to pay stamp duty. I cannot praise Lucy at Bairstow's enough for all her hard work and communicating with various parties and keeping me informed throughout what was quite a difficult and nerve racking purchase.

I rented a house through Gemma at Bairstow Eve's. I couldn't have been happier with her. Every question I had I emailed her, minutes later, I would get a response. She took off a lot of the pressure of moving house!!!

Helpful and efficient staff ! However the Woodhouse branch didn't sell my house for me to buy with mansfield branch ! Shame my postcode wasn't able to sell through this branch !
