She replied to all emails and other contact in a timely manner and didn’t leave us waiting long at all - she actually kept us more up to date with things that even our solicitors didn’t know. GooglePenelope was actually working for our vendors. However , she has been brilliant from first viewing - keeping us informed and helping to chase solicitors. GoogleWorse agents I've had experience . Manager doesn't carry out what he promises , doesn't take charge of the office , never there. Young unexperienced staff do not answer phone or emails hence didn't sell . Waste of time ! Not even worthy of one star however other office in Mansfield have experienced & helpful staff . Woodhouse office should shut down .

SO organised and so attentive. from the very start with Jorden with the sale of our house, followed swiftly by Penelope who has been one of the most organised and professional sales progressors i have ever seen. She was on the ball 24/7 and pushed the chain when needed and calmed us all down when we got frustrated by the legal system. GoogleI have just finished the rarther lengthy process of purchasing a property in Mansfield Woodhouse. At every turn there seemed to be a delay due to this and an extension needed due to that. However the one part of the process that was always swift, professional and had excellent customer service was Bairstow Eves. At every point in the process they were there to offer understanding and advice. I know the first place I will go the second I want a house in Mansfield! Penelope thank you for your patience, you are fantastic!
