I am very grateful for all the team, even though my purchase wasn’t through them, the sales team, Nial and Reo was still very helpful whenever needed! I used Dean Bickley for my mortgage advisor and couldn’t recommend him enough, always on hand when needed. Very helpful and helped me all the way through my purchase! Overall I highly recommend using the team for any house buying or selling!

When I first took out my mortgage 5 years ago I spoke with Dean and he was really great at helping me and setting everything up. My mortgage was coming up for renewal and I thought I’d contact Dean again closer to the time, but I didn’t need to in the end as he contacted me saying his notes had prompted him to contact me with the renewal coming up. Was a welcome surprise and one less thing for me to worry white. Had a couple of meetings with him and he was super helpful yet again. Always provides a great service, and I’d highly recommend him.

My house was sold in less than a week of it going on the market. The staff at Mansfield Woodhouse branch were simply brilliant, from my very first meeting with them until finalisation of the sale. I was fully informed throughout my journey and felt completely supported at all times. Staff were always available and willing to answer any queries. They constantly kept me updated and were polite, professional and approachable during every interaction. A very special thankyou to Reo, Simon and Niall (who's now left) as they most certainly went above and beyond to help/support me. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they explained things in a way that was easy to understand, no matter how many times I needed to ask. The staff at Bairstowe Eves Mansfield Woodhouse branch have been great during the sale of my house. There was a change of manager during the process, which was not ideal. However, the new manager, Simon, got things moving forward quickly and competently maintaining good communication with me. Penelope and Jordan went above and beyond to assist both our buyer and seller with their paperwork simply to ensure the sale of our home went through as quickly as possible. Selling my house during the COVID era was a trying experience. Penelope and the folks at Bairstow Eves did really well in difficult circumstances. We had 3x potential buyers who struggled to get mortgages and it was demoralizing. But these guys remained positive and kept working at it, until finally at the 4th attempted buyer the sale went through with no hitches. They were patient with me pestering them like a child in the back seat on a trip to the seaside. With the are we nearly there yet type questions. And to their credit, they always answered my emails and calls, then chased down any issues to keep things on track. I also used their in house conveyancing service, and I think they were excellent too and equally patient with me. It made it easier to have the lawyers and the estate agents on the same team.
