I purchased my property through Bairstow Eves Sales team and initially had a very positive experience with the sales team. They were professional, helpful, and made the purchase process smooth from start to finish especially Dean. Because of that experience, I trusted the company and decided to place my property under their letting and management service. Unfortunately, my experience with the letting team was completely different and extremely disappointing. During the management of my property, I experienced significant issues and damage, which ultimately led me to revoke and cancel their management services and transfer my property to another estate agent. Since ending the management agreement, I have spent the last six months repeatedly emailing and requesting the return of my tenancy deposit funds, including contacting the manager, Jessica, directly. Despite numerous attempts, I have received little to no response and the deposit still has not been returned. It is very frustrating and disappointing that a company with such a strong sales team has handled the lettings side in this manner. Due to the ongoing lack of communication and failure to resolve the matter, I am now left with no option but to proceed with legal action to recover the funds. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves the way their lettings department handles landlords and client money in the future.

Superb experience from start to finish. What can I say! Absolutely amazing experience with all staff members; Reo and Niall, both very professional and friendly, but most importantly, Simon Massey who has gone above and beyond for my mother-in-law while selling and buying her properties recently. My mother-in-law has needed alot of support as we live approx 160 miles away and she has health issues. Simon was absolutely wonderful to her and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Always remember not many things in life run smoothly and there are always hiccups, but with the excellent service that Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse provides, you know things will run as smoothly as they can be. When I first took out my mortgage 5 years ago I spoke with Dean and he was really great at helping me and setting everything up. My mortgage was coming up for renewal and I thought I’d contact Dean again closer to the time, but I didn’t need to in the end as he contacted me saying his notes had prompted him to contact me with the renewal coming up.
