GoogleCannot rate highly enough. Nick and Holly are nothing less than brilliant! Bit if a tricky situation with my sale but they helped get it over the line and thoroughly communicated all the way. They both give 110%. Recommended without hesitation, best estate agent ever!

GoogleThe vendors would probably leave even a more enthusiastic review, but I must say as a buyer, I was really impressed by the amount of support and attention Holly gave to the whole process. I received more help from them for the purchase than from the agents who dealt my own sale. I will surely consider instructing them should I need to move again.

GoogleAfter trying a few agents, with appsolutey no success,to the point of loosing the will to sell, selling my father's house, was a nightmare, with estate agents being my problem, they just don't want to work for you,or deserve the fees they charge. Then i found Nick, from Patrick James Colchester branch, a smaller company, which I feel is much more personal, and a pleasure to deal with, which is fantastic, when you need to trust them with valuations, photos and taking on your property to sell for you, Nicks company always tip top communication from day one, so I would say more of a personal touch, Nick sold the house not just once, but twice, in 2 lockdowns, he was always there to answer questions, nothing is to much trouble, he became a friend, on the other end of the phone, and always replied promptly to our emails. A small but professional company, which is nice, as I always dealt with the same person, so communication is always 100%. Today we actually exchanged, after a long excausting sale, through covid and other complications along the way, I had total faith in Nick,getting it over the line, very stressful times, but was made easy and smooth with Nick in our corner, I would never use another agent, and would highly recommend this company, and if you get Nick, then that's a bonus, we wish you much success in the future, the personal touch is key, so keep that little gem of a buisniss, little as it's much more of a personal touch, which most of your reviews say.... FacebookWe would highly recommend Patrick James. They were amazing when we bought our property and were just as amazing when we sold the property. They were always on hand to help. Their communication is second to none. They were in constant contact with us even when they were isolating with a covid. If it wasn't for Nick and Holly, we wouldn't have even know our sale had gone through. Really cannot recommend them enough.

GooglePatrick James Property consultants were incredibly helpful with our sale. The house was put to market and picked up quickly. They helped with our open day and kept us in the loop reguarly, even when there was difficulty with our chain, giving us key advice on what to do and how to make the best of the situation. Would absolutely consider them in selling again down the line. No question about it.

GoogleI would definitely recommend Patrick James, in fact I already have. Both Holly and Nick have been wonderfully supportive through the whole process. I had problems with my solicitors and they went above and beyond to help me out.
