Google5 stars is simply NOT enough for the excellent service/help Holly and Nick have provided to us throughout the process of buying our forever home through them.
Right from our first viewing through to after completion, Holly & Nick have gone above and beyond to ensure we made it to the completion.
Our purchase has not been without it's problems, which Holly & Nick have gone above & beyond with helping with throughout, these include a change of mortgage broker, change of solicitor(a week before we got married and went on honeymoon), end of tenancy approaching.
They have both kept us in the loop throughout, chasing all parties solicitors etc as needed to keep everything on track ad ensuring we reached completion before our tenancy agreement ran out.
We would not hesitate to recommend Patrick James Property Consultants to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleSold our property through Patrick James. Nick and Holly very Friendly, Efficient, Professional Estate Agents, Good communication throughout-even out of office hours and always happy to conduct viewings themselves despite us living in a rural area. Made our sale so much easier-would recommend. Thank you Patrick James.

GoogleI bought my first home through Patrick James and they made it so easy, I did'nt really know Manningtree but they gave me some really great advice on the area and it was refreshing to speak to an estate agent who knew their stuff! Originally spoke with Nick who arranged my viewing but met Holly who was brilliant. Will certainly be in touch if I ever sell. Really wonderful estate agent. Thanks guys

GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Patrick James. From the beginning, I have been looked after by Nick. He is a really nice guy. It was never a problem dealing with my questions and offering advice. He negotiated the deal with the vendor and was on hand to book viewings, both with the owner or accompanying me. A great job done!
I would recommend to friends.

GoogleIt has been a pleasure to work with Nick & Holly at Patrick James Property Consultants selling my home. From the moment I met with Nick & Holly it was obvious this was going to be a great experience, with a very different outlook from other Estate Agents. No gimmicks or over inflated promises. Just a very honest and professional approach.
Nick priced the house & marketed it spot on as within the first set of viewings we had our buyer.
The sale was handled so well I hardly had to worry, as they took all the stress and carried on with a smile regardless. I never felt any pressure :-)
Again, it was an absolute pleasure and if only all Estate Agents worked with this ethos, then the market would be a better place. Thank-you!...PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI used Patrick James to sell my property and I couldn't have been happier with the experience I had.
Nick and Holly both worked extremely hard with my sale, dealing with the open day and all other viewings.
They went above and beyond when I was faced with tricky situations with solicitors and continuously pushed to get the sale through in a reasonable time period. They were always prompt with contact and were there for any advice needed.
I would highly recommend using them and would love to work together with Patrick James again in the future.
