GoogleI used Patrick James in relation to a property purchase in Stanway. We met Holly at the property and she showed us around and was very helpful we put in an offer on the same day. Holly kept us informed almost every day until completion and beyond. I will recommend Patrick James and will use them again in the near future

FacebookI have dealt with a few estate agents in the past and been left underwhelmed, Nick has been a breath of fresh air, upfront, open and enthusiastic with a realistic approach towards the marketing and sale of my property, and NO false promises. When things took a bit of a slow turn he stepped up and gave a fantastic service to push things forward and was contactable every step of the way. Wouldn’t recommend or use anyone else. We also came across an unexpected legal issue which Nick went above and beyond on to get a resolution. Without his persistence our purchase would likely have not gone through. When obstacles where thrown up Patrick James delat with them in a professional manner and I never had any doubt that everything was in Control. We love their modern approach, from originally seeing our now house on an Instagram add to communicating easily through WhatsApp, this made it so much easier to by a house in our busy day to day lives. We can not recommend them enough.

GoogleNot sure why everyone is giving this company such good reviews when they are absolute rogues and should be avoided at all cost? I had called for a 3 bed detached property listed at £295.000 and somehow they booked me for a 4 bed detached property that's listed at £299.995. Completely different price and property! I mentioned to them that I was coming from far away and would have to travel 2hrs 30minutes to get to the property and was assured by Nick that he would call and confirm the viewing. Nick then later send me a text message confirming this viewing. When I arrived at the property I quickly noticed that it wasn't the one I came to see and rang the office immediately. I got put through to a lady who tried to find out what went wrong and why I was sent to this property and not the one I came to see. She told me she would call me back and let me know. The lady called me back and said that she has bad news, apparently the property I came to see was not available for viewings as the owners were on a holiday in Spain so she asked if I wanted to see the one they ''mistakenly'' booked me in for instead??! I told them they wasted my time and that I would never like to deal with them again. Now it gets even worse. I actually walked past the property I was supposed to see and noticed the owners doing work in their garden so I called them and asked them if they know about this agent and why they said that the owners were on a holiday? After speaking to the owners who are lovely people by the way! They then told me that they actually sold the property on the 10th of July and had asked Patrick James multiple times to remove the property off of rightmove! Not only did Patrick James lie to me about the situation they also refused to stop advertising this property which is still on rightmove as I write this review!!

As you can see from all of our previous reviews, we work hard to ensure everyone's experience with Patrick James Property Consultants is nothing short of excellent. We understand from our Clacton office your viewing was requested for a "yellow, detached, new build style property" as you was not to sure on the address. The confusion on our part was easily made as we have another property that is just 3 years old, yellow and detached so sadly made the mistake in booking you this viewing. Confirmation texts are sent straight away, with the full address. We have made note of the other comments and have raised them with the team in our Clacton Office. Again, we are very sorry for the confusion and wish you luck with your property search in Clacton On Sea.

GoogleWe used patrick james for buying and selling our home in Manningtree and can honestly say it was the best experience my wife and I have ever had with an estate agent. Nick Valued the property & made us feel at ease straight away, there was no pressure or chasing. We loved the pictures he took & met Holly at this stage. She was amazing, from start to finish, she kept us updated at every stage of the sale and carried out a number of viewings. She was really warm, and was the reason why we called patrick james out (having viewed and offered with them). 100% recommend if you selling in the area. Thanks again. We love the new home..
