We are incredibly sorry you felt this way Mr Scott. Having reviewed the file, your offer & sale was agreed out of office hours and was almost at the stage of completion. Our vendor unfortunately had a change of heart at the later stages & was somewhat undecided due to a change with her circumstances. On her instructions the sale.was cancelled through her solicitor & the sale has regrettably fallen through. Situations like this are often out of our hands as our absolute aim is to see a sale through to completion. Again, we are sorry you feel this way and we wish you all the best with your onward search.
