GoogleThis team offers a holistic demonstration of why the property management sector will forever be deemed UNPROFESSIONAL (and that’s being polite, considering this firm doesn’t even care about basic market regulations and subsequently just lost our two buildings after failing to deliver on works publicly reported in the media to the amount of several million pounds).

GoogleWorst ever! They don't know how to communicate and do not complete what they promise tenants. They are very slow to react, as if they don't care. They let new tenants unclean flats & never fix anything even after months of contact. DEFINITELY AVIOD RENTING WITH THEM!

This lack of communication is thoroughly unprofessional let alone their failure to commence work. One wonders if there is some nefarious activity going on in the background? GoogleAwful communication. They had a fire door installed on the entrance to our building and have not replied to numerous emails from tenants and owners asking to fix it. GoogleAs the first time buyer in the UK, this agency is really the only pleasant experience that I had during the process. The Head of Sales and Lettings (Grant Furber) is really helpful and he does care about the client and helps liaising the problems between solicitors. I won't be able to complete the process without his help.
