GoogleA huge disappointment. Things started so well but it soon became clear this was just bluster. The buildings management division Continue to appoint substandard contractors they donβt check the work before they sign it off. Resulting in common parts of buildings becoming dilapidated, mismatched materials resulting in a degraded habitat. They donβt support, supervise, manage or review employees that are there to take care of the buildings. This is from directly employed paid caretakers to cleaning contractors, painting contractors joinery and anybody else it would appear to make a profit from the leaseholders service charges. My apartment has now become uninhabitable because the checks that shouldβve been carried out on the roof of a building do not seem to have happened. We identified a leaking roof six months ago and it is still not repaired. I will leave that there

GoogleExcellent refurb job from Randell and Rittner, was kept informed at all times of the refurb and costs. Very hassle free process, would be confident in letting them do a refurb job again the future. Well done and thank you Lynn Heuwood Lane.

GoogleTerrible communication. Repairs donβt get done. Lift in building is out of service every month for days at a time. No care.

GoogleDuring a very difficult period of trying to buy a property during a pandemic and lockdown. Rendall and Rittner were very professional and efficient in getting the job done. They guided me through every step of the way and were very responsive when I needed certain details about the property for my solicitor. It was a very professional and respectful service and they were happy to explain processes to me and follow up on certain issues on my behalf. GoogleThis company is a con. I've called them up 10 times to pay ground rent and they've not called me back. Now I've been hit with a late payment charge. It's impossible to speak to someone there!

GoogleRendall and Rittner (formally Braemar Estates) are my managing letting agents for my buy to let property. As a landlord, they have built up trust with me over a number of years and I'm pleased at how they communicate, they resolve tenant issues and are responsive. In particular, Grant F in the office does an excellent job at maintaining good client relationships and he's the first person I call if I want to keep up to date with what's going on in the rapidly changing Manchester property market. As R&R are managers of a number of Manchester blocks it really helps as they know the ins and outs of the building making finding and managing tenants a breeze - recommended

GoogleGrant at Braemar estates was incredibly helpful and professional. He was knowledgeable about the property I was purchasing and was as focused on ensuring a good outcome for me as he was the vendor. When there were a couple of hick-ups in the sale process, as always happens, he took ownership and immediate action to resolve these. I think the biggest compliment I can give is to say I trust him completely and would have no hesitation in working with Grant of Braemar again.

GoogleGreat team and efficient staff - most of which I have worked with have been excellent help in the endless amounts of questions I've had over the years as a tenant. They're amazingly quick with responding to queries and keeping on top of everything. More specifically, Lynn (the property manager) has been a gem with processing information and applications, it was great to have her as a point of contact and someone who I can trust.

Unlike some agencies, they have staff on the ground and would attend the property in person to deal with any issues arising. GoogleWe have been clients of Braemar Estates (now Rendall & Rittner) since April 2013. During that time they have let and managed our apartment in West Tower, Liverpool. We have recently sold the apartment with Braemar acting as our agents. Over the years we have been dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. Grant Furber built up a good relationship with us and nothing has been too much trouble. We highly recommend them.

GoogleAlways found Braemar effective and very pleasant to work with. They manage 9 of our units and are proactive and professional. I deal with Rhys in the main who is fantastic , however I have had dealings with Lynn and Grant too on many occasions who are also good to work with. They find me quality tenants , at competitive rents. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others , which indeed I have.

GoogleCan I report these lot to the local council or some governing body due to them ignoring repeated emails about several roof leaks and hallway carpets saturated, smelling and now imposing in to tennants homes
