5 Stars all the way for the staff at the Wilmslow branchMy property is currently sold STC with Reeds Rains and I'm purchasing my next property through them too... I must say their service is very professional, friendly and prompt, the staff cannot do enough for you! Everything is explained which is great with no hidden agendas.. An amazing service and highly recommended!!!

Useless company treat you like your in the wrong.Send builders round who dont do the jobs right the first time and some that treat your house and things with no respect and then they wonder why your angry.Saying they are ringing or coming round and don't turn up.I emailed them yesterday as I've water coming through the kitchen ceiling and down the wall.A contractor will ring you stayed in all day no phone call nothing.I look after the house but the agents don't look after me.I am vulrenable with health issues,damp cold house no help.Date of experience try 4 yrs

Our family moved into a rented property with fully managed maintaince service. We have so many things in this house that need to he repaired. Its A4 page full of problems including leaking roof, front door we can't open properly, cracked windows and it goes on.All we get is contractors coming for a quote and us being told you are better off moving as the house has extensive issues and reedsrains won't pay when the contractors come and asses. We are having to fight through the council disrepair team as noone from reedsrains maintainance team can tell us if anything will be fixed. This has all been going on for 4 months. Meanwile fhe landlord told the disrepair team that all has been fixed, so basically lying. We have two kids and to say it's been stressful is an understatement. I don't understand how they can leave us living like this and expect full rent in return.

After asking for a valuation after the death of my mother I was told an online estimation could be done. After a week I heard nothing. On ringing them on the morning of seeing the solicitor, I rung to ask if it was lost. I was told "oh yes, it's in Dave's diary. Would you like him to email it tomorrow!I said that would be too late. The lady simply told me " ok, thank you, bye"Not even close to the kind of service I expected from the company who came top in my Google search. Obviously i will go out of my way to ensure no one I, or my family knows ever uses this estate agent.

What an appalling company. They informed my energy company that I had left when in fact I wasnt due to move out for another month. This has resulted in weeks of trying to sort out my energy bills that have had me close to tears. They denied doing this which was rubbish as the energy company actually gave me their name. For over 5 weeks I have been trying to get my deposit back despite no issues with the land lord and he confirmed it was OK to release my deposit. They lie routinely on the phone saying the deposit has been released when it hasnt. They also ignore emails. My landlord issued me with a section 21 and gave me 2 months to get out. A lovely lady from the council told RR to not take any legal action as I was activley looking for a new place. They ignored this and advised the landlord to persue legal action. The council lady spoke directly to the landlord and it was agreed to give me an extra month. They dont care about anyone and just pass on to other useless colleagues. AVOID at all costs

My experience as a guarantor for a tenant who has rented a property from this company worsens by the day. In addition to the issues I raised in an earlier review, which hasn't even been acknowledged, I have learned the flat wasn't inspected before it was let and now there is a plethora of serious problems. The Branch Manager refuses to discuss the situation with me so I have been forced to pursue a formal complaint. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful service. Moved around and been renting for the past 7 years and I have never had an experience like this. I've never had an application process thats taken more than a couple of weeks max. With Reeds Rains, it has been 4 weeks and still not sorted. References were an issue due to them using the incompetent service that is Experian. Everytime you contact the office, you get fobbed off and you can never get through to the person dealing with your application unless they happen to answer the phone by chance. Looking to BUY a property soon and I will not be interested in any property advertised by Reeds Rains! First and last!

My rent price per month has gone up by an extra £50, however, Reeds Rains has actually taken an extra £75.

GoogleThe house we wanted to buy happened to be a repossessed property which was very stressfull purchase and took a lot longer than expected. Our agent from Reeds Rains was Shak, who helped us a lot during the long process. He was very professional, helpfull and kind under the circumstances. Shak always returned our calls or emailed if he was out of the office. My partner and I believe that thanks to his hard work and dedication we now have a house together. We would like to thank him and say that if Shak happens to be your agent you wil be in good hands.

GoogleMy experience with Ryan and the team was excellent, they made us feel relaxed and comfortable as they processed the many documents required to rent a flat. All enquiries were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. It is however unfortunate that Reid Rains uses Experian for checking people’s credit score, as their formula to find people’s credit score borders of farcical. Using their system the Queen of England who does not get a wage as such or a pension, but instead gets her income from investments and from the sovereign grant. Would fail their credit score.

Well worth getting the professional photos. We then found Shak pivotal in pushing our sale through to completion. GoogleI have had a fantastic experience with Reeds Raines over the past few weeks. They have answered all the questions i’ve had and have been very patient and informative with me. Ryan and Catherine inparticular have been a God sent! Following up with me after I picked up the keys to my new house, and when I had a little problem with the house, Ryan was quick to find a solution to help me out. The whole process from applying for the house to getting the keys was a smooth process. Im very happy with the outcome and 100% reccommend Reeds Raines.

GoogleHaving recently placed our home on the market I began by receiving quotes from a panel of Estate Agents. In Reeds Rains I felt that my enquire was valued despite the fact I was only receiving a free estimate; Fraser Paterson was courteous and professional from the time of taking my initial call right through to the appointment at our home. He was able to explain all the options open to us and confidently answered every question put before him. Based on previous reviews and our own personal experience I would have no difficulty in recommending Reeds Rains to our family and friends.
