Zakia Razzaq and the whole incompetent team - This firm is the so so bad I wouldn’t even instructed them again and would definitely not recommend - I would give a 0* review as that is the service Zakia provides - A pure apppauling service.

YellTop Service - Highly Recommended
Really excellent service from both sides, the Estate Agent and the Solicitors, which are very handily in the same office building. The Solicitors is a family business, and it works very well with the Estate Agent side. The Estate Agent was very knowledgeable, and as it turned out his experience meant he was always right. Excellent at coordinating buyer and seller.

Their lack of communication and responsiveness is highly unprofessional and frustrating. I expected better service and accountability from a reputed estate agent. We worked with Richard and the team at Pennine Kennedy to sell our house. Absolutely brilliant! I cannot recommend them enough. From the first time I met Richard to completing on the sale he was fantastic. Really knows his stuff, advised us brilliantly and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. This was my first time using a solicitors for the purchase of my first home, and I would definitely recommend Pennine Kennedy Solicitors. Kathryn Congdon especially was absolutely amazing. From effectively and efficiently turning around all paperwork in a professional and timely manner to settling every last query I had along this journey no matter how small. I always felt treated as a person and not just a client on the books.

I'm really impressed with how fast Kathryn at Pennine Kennedy is at responding to my emails. Literally same day responses on all occasions and for the most part, within 10 minutes! From my experience of using a different law firm in the past, who were slightly cheaper than Pennine Kennedy, I would have to chase a lot and if I'm lucky I would get a response within a few days or even a week.If you're a first time buyer, you should certainly consider the speed and timeliness of communications when picking a conveyancer (and not just price). If you've already purchased a property before, then you'll already know how important this is.From my experience so far, this firm is a great choice!

Kathryn and Shah have just acted for me on a sale of property and have provided an amazing service. Very reactive to emails and telephone calls, really efficient and friendly. Excellent value for money too - not the cheapest quote I received but very far removed from most. From a selling perspective they made everything as easy as it could possibly have been. I'd have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.
