They are dishonest, collecting a monthly service charge and not allocating the funds for building maintenance. Exercise caution and avoid setting up a direct debit for the service charge, as they debit higher amounts.

GoogleThese are the worst landlords ever, they don't do repairs, they don't deal with complaints. I've been reporting a leaking roof for over a year and they've not done anything about it, they cancel appointments without informing you, AVOID AVOID.

GoogleAnti social behaviour has gotten so bad since they have taken over- there’s no neighbourhood wardens or support for residents- frequent fires and antisocial behaviour is left unchecked- neighbours screaming till all hours - real broken window effect here now

GoogleIt’s been more than a month that the building is not clean, there is garbage everywhere. It smells so bad. No one is bothering to clean the building. It is huge health and safety issue in the building.

Onward Homes need to change its window cleaners. They are rude! This would be bad enough but their idea of cleaning windows is to somehow make them dirtier.We have no choice but to have this service as Onward Homes charges tenants under service charges.
