GoogleUseless. Never listen,never get back to you, don't carry out repairs or they take months and to many phone calls but the worst one is they never sort out anti-social behaviour and are very good at picking who they do want to help. If your face fits.....

GoogleThe most baddest and horrible housing association in Uk they don’t do fixing with their old terrible buildings but they are so ready to take your money and despite giving them service charge. Please stay away from them

GoogleContour have just increased our service charge to £125pm for which we get 2 small windows cleaned and the stairwell hovered, the bins constantly overflowing and volunteers litter pickers clear our site of litter. AVOID AT ALL COSTNegativeValue

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting. I cannot believe the utter disinterest this company has in actually doing what they are contracted (and paid) to do. Incompetent, rude and have no regard for the safety of residents within the properties they 'manage'. I will be filing a formal complaint.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting lack of tenant care! The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing! They have left me with an unfinished repair directly outside my back door for 5 weekstars now it is a death trap! I will be escalating this! !!!

GoogleTerrible. Almost no communication, multiple breaches of lease covenants (for example, missing two outdoor painting cycles), complete carelessness about residents' safety (leaving lights out and intercoms useless for weeks and months on end) . Would give zero stars if possible.

Dreadful and inefficient company. Their staff especially housing officers have inadequate knowledge and no empathy with their tenants. Ours in particular is unapproachable and intimidating.

GoogleWorst company ever, they don't maintain the estate as they should. The only thing they're good at is increasing fees, it went up from £5 ish to £15 ish.
