GoogleReally friendly staff. My housemate and I have no qualms about getting in touch if we have an issue and are always kept in the loop. We have stayed in the same property for 2 years thanks to the hassle-free service from Nicholas Humphreys.

GoogleAvoid. Myself and my girlfriend were super excited to view a flat in Chorlton to later find out that the flat advertised on the site was a completely different flat altogether. The staff at Nicholas Humphreys knew this and had 5 days to tell us/rectify the issue but they couldn’t be bothered. Waste. Of. Time.

GoogleDo not rent with NH unless you are fond of living in mouldy and damp properties. This company has done nothing to solve these issues in one of their properties. Do not rent with them!

GoogleTerrible letting agent! Refused to address damp in flat and just stopped replying to emails. Overcharged for bills we didn’t recognise and started making threats when we challenged this. Definitely AVOID!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value

GoogleThis is an awful estate agent that allows damp and mould to fester in their properties. They refuse to assist their tenants in dealing with such issues. Disgusting!!NegativeProfessionalism
