GoogleStay away!! We've gone through 5 months of hell trying to sort out our deposits! They are rude, they are unresponsive and they care little for their tenants.

GoogleVery bad service, had no communication between landlord and the agent. Lied to us by saying all rooms would be redecorated when only some of them were going to be. Also hassled us for our paperwork when we had already handed them in so had obviously lost our files or paperwork but weren't prepared to admit it. Very poor and definitely not worth your money or time.

GoogleLandlord locked me out of my flat multiple times. The oven was genuinely a ‘play’ oven for children. The “hardwood” floors are made of plastic.

GoogleOne of the worst agents around, no sympathy or understanding during a global pandemic and all they care about is filling their pockets from poor students who they have managed to sign contracts where they have no option but to pay. AWFUL attitude, dont go near themNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleVery poor communication. We've been trying to organise a settlement with a deposit dispute for a long time but have had zero response. Had numerous issues while living there and only a handful were taken seriously or listened to. Would definitely avoid.

GoogleThey rented us a house that was infested with mice, not to mention the 100 other issues we've had to deal with. You also get very little in the way of customer support without being VERY persistent.

GoogleHorrendous experience from start to finish, constant breach of contract attending without notice, giving contractors keys without notice. Rude staff who treat students like they're dirt because they feel like they can get away with it. DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE RENTING there are plenty of better companies in fallowfield.
