I highly recommend this company

I highly recommend this company. Kyle and Michelle have been amazing throughout and genuinely had my best interests at heart. Kyle bent over backwards to help me, firstly by driving a very long way for the property viewing, and further down the line he sorted out a very complicated issue (that I thought wouldn't be able to be resolved), going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Michelle was also excellent in all the liaising with solicitors, the developer and myself, walking me through the process. Again, I highly recommend this company above all others.

I am happy with Knight Knox services - fast responds, doing their best to help. The flat was ready even faster than initially planned. I could argue about finishing quality of the flat. However, in my opinion the standards in the UK are just very low (comparing to other countries in Europe).

All promises, with poor due diligence and zero responsibility

Knight Knox have a great sales pitch with guarantees of 9% interest APR or more, but once they have their commission, they have very little interest, in the long term outcome.In my case I was offered a plot on a holiday development. There was clearly very little due diligence done on the project, which is a tangle of companies representing owners, operators and developers. Once this pack of cards collapse, as it has in this case, the legal contracts, are so weak there is almost no protection for investors.Currently I am facing loosing my entire investment, due to actions on the part operator which the sites owners insist are fraudulent.The response from Knox Knight has been a very poor “speak to the developer as we are just the agent”.So be very wary in dealing with Knox Knight. Once their commission is banked they seem to have no interest in your investment.

Initially I was daunting by the whole process as I’d never bought from plan, but that all soon changed. There was always someone at the end of the phone line - a human, and a friendly helpful one at that. No question was too small. They made me feel valued. Every single one of the staff I dealt with, Adam, Suzanne and Michelle were simply amazing, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. I would like to thank Rebecca Jackson, from first day I contacted her, who gave me clear information and made me to be comfortable by answering all the questions I had, after we paid the deposit she linked me with Michell Gemmell to support us until we exchange the contract which she did her job very efficient. Fantastic pre and post sale service

We could not be happier with the service provided by Janet McGovern. She is very pro-active at understanding what type of property the client may be interested in and raising anything suitable to their attention. Her emails have been exactly what we have been looking for leading us to make 3 purchases with Knight Knox in total now. During lockdown Janet went above and beyond that was expected by visiting one of the properties for me and taking photos so I could get assurance that it was completed before we finalised the legal side. I was very grateful for her help and service. Naomi West has helped with our most recent purchase, in particular in helping to source a solicitor to do the conveyancing for an off plan purchase as most practices do not currently deal with off-plan. We would recommend anyone to deal with both Naomi and Janet.

Hi, I would just like to say from start to finish KnightKnox is were absolutely fantastic! I turned up to the initial meeting with Lewis Combe as a long shot and with no intention to buy but I have to be honest he was exceptional. This was my first purchase and although I was very sceptical about all the things he was promising I naturally thought that there was a catch and it was too good to be true. I viewed the property in Wigan and after our three hour consultation I paid the deposit. Driving home back to Wales I did question the decision many times but again I have to be honest, everything that Lewis promised he delivered!! From that point on although I was passed to different team members for different parts of the transaction Lewis was always available and never once made me feel uncomfortable when I called him to ask a question. Every team member from Lewis to Michelle to Naomi and Jinny were always available and nothing was too much trouble.I did do some research on KnightKnox and the fact that they had over 15 years of experience in the property game gave me a lot more peace of mind. There were many other property investors that I did look into but the only one I would recommend is KnightKnox!

I can’t thank Lewis Combe from Knight Knox enough for everything he has done for me from the minute I showed an interest in one of their apartments that are being built in Sheffield. I asked him a lot of questions which he answered honestly, and we chose an apartment which was in my budget. He was understanding that I couldn’t pay the deposit when it was due as I was still waiting for the money from my house sale to come through, so he lengthened the time I had to pay it in, which was a great help. And he has sent me photos every week of how the building has been coming along, making me feel like I have been there at every stage. He is a real credit to the company.

On the Whole, Great Product and Service with outstanding staff.

I recently completed on my Apartment built by Knight Knox, Being in the industry myself i knew roughly what standard to expect. Siobhan and Suzanne were both incredibly helpful, honest and frequently went the extra mile to help me. There were times where the process was difficult but this was through no fault of Knightknox and they were always sympathetic to my individual circumstances. The team (Especially Siobhan) really bent over backwards to get my keys to me on the completion day when the odds were stacked against me.
