It's a pity I cannot choose 0 star. From the very day I moved in, I suffered a lot from my property. Kingsdene is a great place to start a career, where you can take a full rest when leaving tenants in the wind when handovering key. Also, you can work in a good environment while leaving tenants in a room with smell of wardrobes. Because it's not you that will live here, you can though all responsibilities. Job hunters, why not start a career in Kingsdene from now on?

The most incompetent letting agents I’ve ever had to misfortunate of dealing with. Would stay well clear if you’re looking for someone to manage your property, during my tenancy Kingsdene we’re all over the place, every time something went wrong at the property they don’t address it, they failed to even do the basics right throughout the tenancy, including actually having a basic clean done at the start of the tenancy.

Not just a fair weather Management Company

Sam, Laura and Team have been managing my property in Leeds for many years under the banner of JLL.Recently I had a change of tenant where there were some issues to be resolved in relation to the tenancy that ended. Sam co-ordinated all the works required and handling of the deposit with diplomacy and achieved a very fair outcome for all parties, and Laura tailored the new tenancy agreement to cover the incoming tenant's specific circumstances. I feel the quality of a management company always shows when there are issues to sort rather than when it is plain sailing.

Bad experience

I had a very recent bad experience with the Manchester branch. Very unprofessional!I viewed two properties, and I did offer on the spot, and both were available; they said no offer. The agent promised to send a message with all the necessary details. I received nothing, and I had to chase them by email and phone calls many, many times, and luckily they responded to the last call on next day to tell me, "It's my bad; I forgot to send the message and that someone this morning already paid the deposit", I ended up not having the opportunity even to submit an app. I made an offer on another property on the phone, which was available, and had to chase it multiple times. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency and unprofessionalism!

Been with the Kingsdene team for many years in their previous guise as JLL Leeds. They have consistently performed with the best professional work ethic. Kept me well informed of all issues. Resolved problems quickly. As tenancy agreements ended they have ALWAYS managed to keep continuity. Either extending the tenancy or finding new tenants extremely quickly. The continuity of the team members has helped a great deal in building the relationship for a smooth working environment. Great team to work with.
